      Reminder Text Messages

      There are 4 reminder campaigns currently configured for the Healthier You Programme these are:

      • Referral received and warm up for first contact - alerting the Participant that a referral has been received and they will be contacted.
      • Appointment reminder - an automated reminder message sent to remind the Participant about the date, time and location of their course.
      • RPAQ - If a Participant has not completed the RPAQ and they have commenced on the programme a reminder text message is sent.
      • Initial Assessment - If a Participant has not completed the Initial Assessment and they have commenced on the programme a reminder text message is sent.
