New support features

We have introduced a new support service to help us support our users better. This Knowledge Base page is the start of it all.

Some of the highlights:

  • You can login and see the status of a submitted ticket
  • If you work for the same company you can see the ticket status of all members in your company to help prevent duplication
  • You will notice a live chat bar at the bottom right of the knowledge base and your main ReferAll - simply initiate a chat if you need support
  • We have introduced Forums so you can easily see announcements, request features and explore Hints and Tips from us and other users of ReferAll
