Have an event trigger based on a specific word received on incoming text


I would like to request a feature on where, if a specific word comes in on an incoming text, this will fire off a trigger event. For example, if a client replies STOP on our programme, it tells us that a client wishes to quit the programme early (left Early). When the word STOP is picked up ,an event trigger could send them a message of confirmation and a task for the owner of the referral to check the status and move to a different referral status.
