In order to have your issue turned round as quickly as possible any screenshots or information you can provide will assist us.- ie: which screen you are currently using (Dashboard, Reports, Exports, Tasks etc ) and whether the 

system returned an error message at all, if so, what was the message.

It is also really useful for us to know if your colleagues are also experiencing your issue. 

Another great help would be a Referral ID if you are experiencing the issue within a person's referral record



We are pleased to be able to offer various methods for our customers to seek help and support with the system:



Via Ticket


  • Click on Help icon 
  • +New Support Ticket' under the Search bar


(Please note this is the place you can also Check tickets you have raised - by selecting Check Ticket Status)



Via Online Chat 


    You will see a blue Chat Icon at the bottom right of your Refer-All screen.  You can click this and receive Live Chat support
