This will show the steps the client needs to complete in order to change their password.

If they are logged in, see the steps below. If they are not able to login, please click here to see how the client can reset their password or here to learn how to resend their registration email.

The client should click on their name and click Change Password in the drop down.

The client will need to enter their current password, then enter a new password, confirm their new password and click Change Password.

They will see a confirmation message appear. The client will need to go to the sign in page and enter their new password to login.
