This will show the steps the client needs to complete should they forget their password.


The client needs to click the Lost or forgotten password? link.



The client needs to enter the email address that their registration email was sent to.



The client will see a message confirming that an email has been sent to their email address.



The email will contain a link which the client must click. This link will take the client to the New Password screen. The client must enter a new password and confirm their new password.



The client will see a message confirming the password has been changed. The client can the go to the sign in page and login using their new password.
