This article contains guides on how to change your password and password reset phrase in various situations

Change password when able to log in:

  1. Log in and click Change Password on the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Your login will be provided. Enter your existing password and create a new one and then confirm.
  3. Click Change Password - Please note, passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one number and one capital letter
  4. Log out of the system and then login using your new password.

Change password when not able to log in:

  1. On the login page, click Reset Password
  2. Enter the information required.
  3. Click Reset Password
  4. Login with your new password.

Change password reset phrase when able to log in:

  1. Click Change password - bottom left of the dashboard
  2. Enter your password to confirm your identity and then enter your new reset phrase. For guidelines on the reset phrase, please click here
  3. Click Update Reset Phrase

Change password reset phrase when not able to log in (locked out or forgotten):

  1. Speak with a colleague who also has access to the system. Ask them to follow the steps below
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Re-register next to your name. This will reset your password. If you do not know your password, you will need to submit a ticket by either emailing support@refer-all.net, or clicking Contact (found above this article). You can also call us on 0845 4651052.
