NB - This is for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators only

As a Scheme Administrator you may need to request a new Referring Organisation to your scheme.

Certain people in your organisation will have the ability to do this. If that is you or you know who that is, please below. If you do not know who that is or if that is not the case, you will need to submit a ticket to the help desk stating:

  • The name of the Referring Organisation
  • The address of the Referring Organisation
  • A contact number and name if possible

Once received we will provide a check for duplicates and alert you once done.

Please allow 48 hours for this process to go live in the system.

If you are able to add referring organisations. Follow the instructions below

For GP surgeries, where you know the GMPC number, 

  1. Click on the Referring Organisations icon
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click Add New
  4. Enter the code number in the box and click search. If there are more than one branch of surgery associated with the code then the branches will be listed and you can choose which surgery you want to add.
  5. Click Add

For GP surgeries, where you do not know the GMPC number or for other referring organisations, follow the instructions below

  1. Click on the Referring Organisations icon
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click Add New
  4. Add in the information
  5. Click Add
