NB - This is for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators only

The password reset phrase is a security measure by which we can ensure that only registered users are able to change a password from the login page.

The password reset phrase is made up of three words separated by a space in between each word. Each word must consist of at least two letters.

For example:

  • thespottydog - would not be appropriate because there are no spaces between the words..
  • a spotty dog - would not be appropriate because 'a' contains only one letter.
  • the spotty dog - would be suitable, because there are three words each of more than one letter separated by a space.

Please note - we don't advise that you use the example above as your reset phrase
