To request a change to your scheme, please complete a change request form. Be sure to complete all fields in as much detail as possible, using the relevant system area i.e. Questionnaires, Reports, Exports etc. Providing a screenshot can also save you time and help us to understand your change request clearly.
Please submit one change request per change request form.
Our Change Board meets every 2 weeks and respond to requests by every 2nd and 4th Friday in the month. The Change Board reviews all requests, responds with any questions we may have and informs you of the outcome. If accepted, you will receive an email with a link where you will be asked to sign off the work, with a quote if applicable. This will include a change request # for reference.
