There are two methods.

Method 1:

This task is performed within the client’s record.

  1. Find the client
  2. In the top right hand corner of the referral, you will see the ownership drop down menu.
  3. Select the appropriate owner from the drop down menu.

Please note that the changing of owner is recorded in the referral history. If ownership if given to a specific person then only that person will be able to see that referral and any tasks that appear for that client.

Method 2:

  1. Go to List of Referrals
  2. Click on the Additional Filters Link. Filter referrals by owner.
  3. Click on the owner of the referral that you want to change. In the pop up, choose the new owner.
