NB - This is for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators only

To enter a referral onto the system which has arrived via fax, post or email.

  1. Click on the Refer icon (Inclusion/exclusion criteria are not enforced when a Scheme Administrator adds a referral. This allows you to keep a record of referrals that do not meet the criteria).
  2. Select the appropriate scheme and referring organisation if there is more than one available
  3. Enter the full postcode of the patient.
  4. The scheme window will load. Complete all available fields that are relevant. Yellow fields are mandatory and are required in order to enter the referral onto the system.
