NB - This is for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators only

1. Search for the client in question, using the patient search or if the client is visible in the tasks and reminders panel on the home page - click Action.

You must make sure you have assigned an activity, booked a session and potentially completed a risk assessment - Please click on the links below if you are unsure how to do any of those.

        Add an activity
        Complete a risk assessment

2. On the status bar at the top of the referral, click Intends to Participate

3. A pop up box will appear and there will be a few tick boxes that you must tick. If you tick the boxes but have not completed the actions, the system will not allow you to move the person into Intends to Participat

4. Ensure the date is correct - click Activate Referral
