If you have entered a patient in error (the anti duplication and phonetic search should identify all possible matches but can be overridden), then you will need to raise a support ticket clearly stating:

  • Which patient you would like removed. We do not recommend that you communicate a name purely the ID number of the client will suffice.
  • We will make sure no relationships are held for that patient and perform a delete.

* Please note, that once deleted a patient cannot be retrieved so please ensure you specify the correct Patient Referral ID *
