If you need to change a referral from NP to ITP please follow the below guidelines;

  1. Go into referral (either searching by surname or registration ID)
  2. Note down the NP date at the top of the screen
  3. Click the referred button on the clients status section
  4. You need to supply a reason for ‘resetting referred
  5. Then click ‘Reset’ and ‘Close
  6. Click onto ‘ITP’ state and enter the date you noted down when client was put in NP
  7. Then click save and close
