NB - This is for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators only

Here you can select a task from a preconfigured list or create a one off task. Preconfigured tasks list is below, create a one off task is further down. For how to create a preconfigured task - please see the solution - Create pre-configured tasks (used to measure KPI targets)

Select a task from a pre-configured list:

  1. Search for the client in question, using the patient search or if the client is visible in the tasks and reminders panel on the home page - click Action.
  2. Go to the panel Referral Tasks, here you can view tasks that have yet to be completed and you select a task from a preconfigured list or create a one off task.
  3. To assign this task to a client's referral record go to the client's referral (see Using the icons on how to search for a client) and click Add Referral Task.
  4. You can use the drop down menu to select the task you have just created with a date to set your reminder on. From this point on, you can simply select tasks you have created once, saving time and improving data accuracy.

Create a one off task:

  1. Search for the client in question, using the patient search or if the client is visible in the tasks and reminders panel on the home page - click Action.
  2. Go to the panel Referral Tasks, here you can view tasks that have yet to be completed and you can create new ad hoc tasks.
  3. To add a referral task, click Add Referral Task.
  4. Set the date you wish the task to trigger. Complete the fields (yellow fields are mandatory). Click Save.

The Jump To dropdown menu has three options Go Manage Onward referral, Go Manage Referral and None. Go manage onward referral will open the onward referral record for the client (if the client has not been referred onto another service then then there will be no information in the tab). Go manage referral will allow the scheme administrator to open the client record for the scheme. None will not allow the scheme administrator open the client record.
