At the point someone is referred they are assigned any existing text message campaigns that are configured at that point in time, before the introduction of the campaign tick box in the client record, that was it - there was no way to update the campaign assignment.

You need to be made aware that the newly introduced text messages will only be applied to new referrals. To apply a new campaign, tick the appropriate box within the referral record.
