Your Practice Admin was given administrator rights during the creation of your Referrer Organisation account.

Please ask your Practice Admin to login and follow the steps below to re-set your login:

  1. Click the Manage Users icon.
  2. Click Manage Login next to the person you wish to update.
  3. The login ID will be provided.
  4. Provide a new password and confirm password*. Provide a new password reset phrase and confirm password reset phrase*.
  5. Ensure the user confirms that they have read, understood and accept Refer-all's terms of use and privacy policy and tick the box.
  6. Click Reset Login.
