You are able to create you own letters using merge fields/codes to pull in data from Referral records.
- Letter templates must be created before they can be accessed within the ReferAll system.
The first step is for you to create your letter template in Word. (It must be in Word) and use the appropriate merge codes where they are needed.
They must be entered exactly as you see them - see the attached file in this article with available merge codes.
Once you are happy with your templates please send them to email@example.com and we will arrange for them to be uploaded to your scheme.
If using a window envelope you need to set the name and address in the correct position for printing as we will not check this before we make the template available to you.
If you embed images in the document please make sure they are low resolution to minimise the file size.
