Following intermittent issues with Refer-All we have been carrying out extensive investigation and testing to ascertain a probable cause for the logouts some of you have been experiencing.
The cause has been identified and relates to document processing.
In the short term, we have implemented a change which will mean that the Generate Document action in Manage Referral will now queue the request (much the same way that Exports currently work) rather than generate the document immediately.
You will receive a notification that their request has been successfully queued.
As soon as the document has been generated, you will be notified via a message in the Messages icon. You can then either access the document directly from the message or refresh the patient documents tab to see the document listed.
We are looking at a more permanent fix for the near future .
