Need to email or print a number of the same type of questionnaires? Batch emailing questionnaires is currently not an available option in the system. 

Here is a workaround:

Referrals with an email address - many of our clients use the email questionnaire feature; the downside is the 'Email questionnaire' link in each referral needs to be clicked. The upside it is a quick process if kept on top of. It's best to set up an event based task, for example X number of days after set to Completed or Left Early. When the task has been generated on the dashboard, click on the right side, hover over and chose option "Questionnaires". This takes you straight to the questionnaires tab in the referral record. From here click 'Email questionnaire" against the chosen questionnaire. The patient clicks on the questionnaire link from the email, completes it and saves without the need for a login and saved back in the referral record (saving precious time on admin). If the client completes it, a task is generated on the dashboard informing you it has been completed.

The email template wording is built into ReferAll with the following text:

You are receiving this email as you have been referred to [[SchemeName]] operated by [[SchemeProvider]].
To help us evaluate our service and ensure we are reaching the needs of our clients, we ask all people to complete a set of questionnaires.
Your answers remain strictly confidential and are used to ensure that we provide safe, effective services and are able to demonstrate our effectiveness. The questionnaire will help us greatly when evaluating our service.

Letters can be generated in List Referrals under the Batch Actions tick box. Here's the process:

Step 1: Create a substate task (see attached example) this will create a task on the dashboard and apply the substate you create.

Step 2: List Referrals, filter by Substate tasks

Step 3: Select All referrals, then scroll down to Batch - Print Letter

Step 4: Select the appropriate Letter template from dropdown

Step 5: Print Letters

Step 6: When the file is ready the number will change in the Messages icon

Step 7: Download and Print

Step 8: Batch Action - Complete Task / Raise Task: Select the Substate task you wish to mark completed, click Complete Task
