If you need to change a Venue for a specific session

There will be times when a venue for a specific session needs to changed due to room availability, maintenance etc. To amend the venue for a specific session follow these steps.

Go to the Manage Session registers tab (Calendar) 

Find the session you are needing to amend using the available filters 

Open the session to see the current Venue

Select the new venue from the dropdown list 

Then Click Update Session Details  - this will now mean that the new Venue shows when you go back to the Session Register

Please be aware that  if text messages are configured, changing the Venue may trigger a notification text message to be sent to the Participant, notifying them of the changes.
