Text Message Overview
ReferAll has implemented automated text message campaigns in the following categories:
- Motivational Text Messages
- Reminder Text Messages
Further to this if a Participant replies to a text message this is made available on the dashboard for the team to action as necessary.
Within a Participants referral record there is an option to create, schedule and send ad-hoc text messages. This feature is useful when initiating a conversation with a Participant e.g. when a Participant replies to say they can't attend a session.
