1. Warning message when deleting an activity
Why does it matter?
To help prevent accidental deletions across all schemes, a new warning message now appears when a user attempts to delete an activity. This message clearly explains the impact of deleting an activity, helping users make informed decisions and reducing the risk of data loss.
How does it work?
When Delete is selected, the following different prompts will appear, depending on whether the activity has been assigned to a referral.
If not assigned to a referral:
If assigned:
Setting an activity to inactive will cancelled sessions booked against that activity.
If sessions are booked:
No action required from users.

2. Referral name added to Biometrics and Questionnaires pop-ups

Based on customer feedback, the referral name now displays in the Biometrics and Questionnaires pop-ups within the session register. This enhancement ensures users can always see which referral they are updating, helping to avoid inputting data into the wrong record.
