Gladstone Software Integration

Overview

This requires the Gladstone software integration be set up on your ReferAll platform.

ReferAll's integration with Gladstone software streamlines the process of removing the need to duplicate information in both systems. The integration will automatically create the necessary entry in Gladstone and prompt the end user to create their Gladstone account if they don't already have one. This saves valuable time and ensures a seamless experience for you and your team.

The integration works by validating:

  • Valid Date of Birth
  • First and Last Name (Letters only)
  • House number and Street name (preferably a complete address)
  • Postcode
  • Email address (has to be unique, cannot be a shared email address) 
  • Contact number
  • Venue

These field must be completed in the ReferAll patient record for the integration to work successfully.  If any of these are missing you’ll see an error message letting you know. 

How it works

The integration can be configured to operate either automatically or manually:

  • Automatic: Once a referral is submitted, the membership will be created and the membership ID will appear in the referral record.
  • Manual: Users will notice a "Create Member" button on the patient's referral record. Clicking this button creates a membership in Legend and returns the membership ID.

After clicking the button, it will momentarily disappear and then display the user's 'Member ID' number.

What you need to do

Once we've notified you the integration is live, you need to add the following in the ReferAll platform:

  • Site ID (set in the manage Venue screen)
  • Subscription Reference ID (Set in Scheme screen)

On the Venue Screen (Activities tab > Manage Venues), locate the field Site ID. The Site ID will have been supplied to you by Gladstone or you will have set it up yourself within the Gladstone platform.

The field in the Schemes Screen, which is the Gladstone reference for the appropriate subscription type, appears here: 

If you are a Gladstone customer, this will not be enabled automatically. 

You should submit a support ticket in the usual way, or email support@refer-all.net and request your ReferAll account manager to contact you. 

Please be aware: ReferAll does not charge for setting up the integration, but Gladstone might impose a recurring fee. To obtain this information, you should reach out to your Gladstone account manager.
