PerfectGym Integration

ReferAll’s integration with PerfectGym simplifies your workflow by removing the need to enter information in both systems.

This requires the PerfectGym software integration be set up on your ReferAll platform.

The integration automatically creates the required record in PerfectGym and prompts the end user to set up their PerfectGym account if they don’t already have one. This saves time and ensures a smooth experience for you and your team. 
 
 
 
 
How it works 
The integration can operate in two ways: 

  • Automatic: When a referral is submitted, a membership is created automatically, and the membership ID will appear in the referral record. 
  • Manual: Users will see a “Create Member” button on the patient’s referral record. Clicking this button creates a membership in Gladstone and returns the membership ID. 
  • Valid Date of Birth 
  • First and Last Name (Numbers are not allowed)  
  • House number and Street name (preferably a complete address) 
  • Postcode 
  • Email address (has to be unique, cannot be a shared email address)  
  • Contact number 
  • Venue 
     

Configuration 
Scheme administrators must configure the Home Club ID for each Venue they wish to include in the integration. If a Home Club ID has not been set, an error message will appear.

If you are a PerfectGym customer, this will not be enabled automatically. 

You should submit a support ticket in the usual way, or email support@refer-all.net and request your ReferAll account manager to contact you. 

Please be aware: ReferAll does not charge for setting up the integration, but PerfectGym may impose a recurring fee. To obtain this information, you should reach out to your PerfectGym account manager.
