Upgrade to your login experience from 12th December 2023

We are introducing 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for ReferAll user accounts

As ReferAll make ongoing steps to improve the protection to all customer data, we will be introducing 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) via email for all customers on 12th December 2023.

This feature will only impact users login in to ReferAll (Super Admins, Scheme Admins, Activity Admins, Manager Accounts & Commissioner Accounts).

NB: This will not impact Healthcare Professional or MyReferAll Accounts.

Most of you will already be familiar with additional authentication for logging into apps, such as banks and other software applications. In addition to entering your username and password when you login you will also be sent a verification email that you will need to respond to.

How does the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) via email work?

Upon logging in, you will be directed to a screen displaying the following information:
Verify that the email address is associated with your account and click the "Send Verification Code" button.

You will then receive the verification email with the code in your email inbox:

To complete the authentication process, please navigate back to the Login page and enter the provided code.
After entering the code, click on the "Verify Code" button and proceed to your Dashboard.
