Option to be able to assign multiple referral owners

Why does it matter?

Many schemes have identified the need to assign multiple referral owners, particularly to ensure continuity when team members are absent due to staff holidays, training, or other operational reasons. This enhancement supports more flexible workload management and helps maintain consistent client support across the service.

How it works

Click into a referral in one of your schemes, and you can assign one or more users as owners directly within the referral record. This enables teams to manage referrals and the associated tasks/notifications whilst supporting participants, visibility of referrals becomes easier with less admin time per staff member.

  • Click the drop-down arrow next to Change owners.
  • Select the user/s from the list.

 

  • Changes are saved automatically.
  • Owner(s) display in the referral record as shown above.
  • To remove an owner, untick their name.

Where else in ReferAll can you benefit from this functionality?

  • Dashboard: view tasks for your assigned referrals, even if there is more than one referral owner.

List Referrals: filter by referral owner/s.

Points to note:

Reports > Process Reports: you can filter by a single referral owner. Filtering by multiple owners at once is not supported.

Text Messages > List Text Messages: you can filter by a single referral owner. Filtering by multiple owners at once is not supported.

Batch Actions> Add owner / Remove owner: you can complete this action by a single referral owner. Batch actions for multiple owners at once is not supported.
