This requires the boditrax software integration be set up on your ReferAll platform.
ReferAll's integration with boditrax software streamlines the process of removing the need to duplicate information in both systems. The integration will generating a member in boditrax from ReferAll.
How it works
Once the integration is live, the Scheme Admin confirms that their referral has been informed about boditrax and consents to share their first name, last name, address, email address and gender in accordance with the current boditrax Privacy Policy (see image below).
The Scheme Admin can obtain this consent in any format they choose e.g. in person, phone call, text sms or email with the referred person.
If you are a boditrax customer, this will not be enabled automatically.
You should submit a support ticket in the usual way, or email support@refer-all.net and request your ReferAll account manager to contact you.
Please be aware: ReferAll does not charge for setting up the integration, but boditrax may impose a recurring fee. To obtain this information, you should reach out to your boditrax account manager.
