Can I create or request an email template? (not relating to questionnaire emails).

This question relates to single or bulk emails sent from ReferAll.

Email templates are not currently supported, and a fully featured solution including sending / receiving emails to and from a specific address (instead of a 'noreply' address) isn't on our product roadmap yet.

A workaround would be to create an internal document / WiKi for your teams to cut and paste the message into the email box.
