If you would like to change the participation date of your referral, you will need to change the status of your referral.
If you have 'Assessments' on the referral
You will need to reset all of your assessments.
Once this is done, set the referral to 'Intends to Participate' setting whatever date they were participating.
You will now need to pass the 'Assessments' setting the date as when the patient is meant to be participating.
This will then update the 'Participating' date to what was set in the last (if multiple) assessment set.
If you do not have any assessments on the referral
Select an 'exit status' such as 'Completed' or 'Left Early'.
Now select 'Referred'. (If you want to change the referred date, you can edit the this from the 'referral' tab shown below).
Now that the referral is back in 'referred'.
Select 'Intends to Participate' and select the date you want the 'Participating' date to become.
Once you complete this action, as there are no assessments, the referral will use this date for the 'Participating' date and skip straight to the status.
