Change referral status from Intends to Participate to Participating

 

This can be actioned in one of two ways:

The following applies if the assigned activity has been created with a Pass/Fail Assessment tick box selected.

Option 1: from within the calendar [Manage Session Registers]

1. Click on the session

2. Check the assessment is to be marked as passed and select the person/people who attended the assessment/session

3. Mark as attended

Option 2: from within the referral record

1. Find the referral

2. Click Manage next to the assessment

3. Set the booking as attended and mark the assessment as passed.

 

Both options 1 & 2 will move the referral/s to Participating status
