Change referral status from Referred or Intends to Participate to Not Participating

Watch the video or follow the steps outlined below to change a referral from Not Participating to Intends To Participate status:

  1. Search for the client in question, using the patient search or if the client is visible in the tasks and reminders panel on the home page - click Action.
  2. On the status bar, whether the client is in the 'Referred' state or 'Intends to Participate' state - You can simple click the 'Not Participating' button
  3. A pop up box will appear and you are then able to select the appropriate reason as to why the referral is not participating in the programme - Enter the detail and ensure the date is correct
  4. Click Close Referral
