Change referral status from Referred to Intends to Participate

1. Search for the client in question, using the patient search or if the client is visible in the tasks and reminders panel on the home page - click Action.
2. A pop up box will appear and there will be a few tick boxes that you must tick. If you tick the boxes but have not completed the actions, the system will not allow you to move the person into Intends to Participate.
3. Ensure the date is correct - click Activate Referral
