Edit or delete a Referring Organisation

Here's how to delete or edit the name and contact details of a Referring Organisation in your scheme.

Editing a Referring Organisation
  1. Click on the Referring Organisations icon on the Dashboard.
  2. Apply your desired filters
  3. Click Search
  4. Click the link Edit next to the relevant Referring Organisation.
  5. Edit the name and/or contact details as applicable (fields in yellow are mandatory).
  6. Click Save.

Deleting a Referring Organisation

Head over to the Referring Organisations tab and locate the Delete button:
 
 

  • A referring organisation can only be deleted if it has no associated referrers or referral records. 

  • Deleting a referring organisation is permanent and cannot be undone. You’ll be asked to confirm that you’re sure before the organisation is deleted.

Finally, you will see confirmation that your Referring Organisation has been deleted.
