Delete Referring Organisations 

Previously, users could mark a referring organisation as inactive, but permanently deleting one required contacting our Support team.

Applies to: Scheme Admins (SAs) and Super Scheme Admins (SSAs)

Why does it matter?

With this new functionality, SSAs and SAs can now permanently delete referring organisations directly within the platform, provided the organisation has not yet been used. This means there must be no referrers or referrals linked to the referring organisation.

How it works

Head over to the Referring Organisations tab and locate the Delete button:
 
 

  • A referring organisation can only be deleted if it has no associated referrers or referral records. 

  • Deleting a referring organisation is permanent and cannot be undone. You’ll be asked to confirm that you’re sure before the organisation is deleted.

Finally, you will see confirmation that your Referring Organisation has been deleted.
