New field in List Referrals: Leisure Management System Reference
Why does it matter?
As we continue to integrate with more Leisure Management Systems (LMS), many of our customers are now using our platform to automatically create a member record directly into their own LMS. This removes the need for users to manually input data from ReferAll. As a result, our users save time and reduce the risk of data entry errors.
In our latest release, we have introduced a new field on the List Referrals page that shows the referral’s reference or membership number for the LMS your organisation uses. We have also added the ability to filter referrals by LMS reference.
This enhancement allows users to quickly identify which system a referral has been sent to and easily locate the corresponding record in their own LMS by matching the reference number in ReferAll.
How does it work?
Head over to List Referrals. Here you can see the Leisure Management System Reference filter:
Here is how it displays in the table - the column will show all associated LMS references:
