Changes to accepted file types when uploading documents
We’ve updated the types of files that can be uploaded to referral records to ensure all documents remain secure and compatible with our system.
Only Super Scheme Admins have permission to upload documents to ReferAll.
How it works
Go to List Referrals and locate the referral record you’d like to add a document to, then click Manage. Scroll down to the Documents tab.
Here, you can upload your file as normal. Attempting to upload a file that is not supported by our system will generate an error message:
