What's new in our release 28th April 2026?

Our product updates tell you what's new, why we made the change and how it works.

What's new?

Single Sign On

What it is

  • You can now log in using your Microsoft work account instead of a separate username/password.
  • If your existing account uses the same email as your Microsoft work account, you can merge (migrate) them into one.
  • The platform now uses its own email service for sending login and verification emails.

What’s changing

  • A “Login with Microsoft” button has been added.
  • If you already have an account with the same email, you’ll be prompted to confirm and migrate it (this is permanent).
  • Verification emails (codes, etc.) will come from a new sender and have a new design.

Why this is being done

  • Faster login on company devices (since you're already signed into Microsoft).
  • Better security, because authentication follows your organisation’s Microsoft policies (like MFA).
  • Less reliance on email codes for logging in.

Important note

  • Verification emails will now come from:
    noreply@secure.refer-all.net
  • Your IT team may need to whitelist this address so emails don’t get blocked.
