Activity Audit History

We've introduced a new feature that allows users to view the configuration history within Activities.

Why does it matter?

This new feature enables users to see when configuration changes were made and which team members made them. Having a clear history of changes makes it easier to track updates over time, improve visibility, and understand how an Activity's configuration has evolved. 

Please note: Activity history is available for changes made from August 2026 onwards.

How it works

Head over to the Activities page, then select Manage Activities. Choose your scheme from the drop down and toggle to Active:

Now, hit Search and scroll down to see the active activities. Here, you will see a new option: History:
 
 
 
 
 
 
Here you will see the Activity Audit History:, detailing what was configured, when and by which user:
 
  

Exciting news! We are working to bring this feature into Text Campaigns too, so you will be able to view the configuration history of all your Text Campaigns!
