How do I top up our text credits or transfer credits from one scheme to another?

Here's how you add, top up, or allocate text message credits to a scheme:

  • Text credits can be purchased by submitting a ticket to support@refer-all.net
  • Minimum purchase is 10,000 credits.
  • Once we have received your support request, we will confirm the cost per credit.
  • When submitting the Purchase Order, if you have more than one scheme please confirm the distribution of credits for each scheme.

Is one scheme consuming more credits than another? If you would like credits to be redistributed between schemes, just submit a support ticket and let us know how many credits you need from Scheme X to Scheme Y, and we'll take care of the rest!
