Resetting a Forgotten Password and Password Reset Phrase (referrers or account admin)
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your password reset phrase, which you created during registration.
Glossary
Practice Administrator – someone who has been granted the ability to manage users within an organisation and submit referrals on behalf of other people based at that organisation. When registering the organisation a Practice Administrator account will be created at the point of registration. You can have any number of Practice Administrator accounts.
Referrer – Someone who is able to submit referrals online (if access has been granted by the Practice Administrator) or is able to delegate referrals to the Practice Administrator. At least one Referrer needs to be present in an organisation before a referral can be submitted.
If you are a referrer who has forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Click on the Reset Password link

2. Complete the details and click Reset Password.
N.B. You will need your password reset phrase which you created during registration.

If you cannot remember your password reset phrase, contact the Practice Admin who manages your ReferAll account. They can reset it for you.
If the Practice Admin is unavailable, contact ReferAll at support@refer-all.net. Our support team will advise you on resetting the entire account.
Updating Your Password and Password Reset Phrase While Logged In
Click Change Password

The following screen will display. When changing your password pay particular attention to the guidance notes provided. Your password is not set to expire, which is in line with current security recommendations. It is always advisable that both the password and password reset phrase is memorable to you.
Practice Admins
Manage User logins
Click on the manage users menu item in the top navigation. The users at your organisation will be displayed. Click Manage Login for the selected user.

2. The user’s login ID will be pre-populated. To reset the password and password reset phrase simply type in the new details and click Reset Login. Provide the relevant login details to the user and they wll be able to login and use Refer-all at https://secure.refer-all.net/ers-hp/
If a user at your organisation has locked themselves out of the system, this information can be reset by an Administrator
1. Manage User logins
Click on the manage users menu item in the top navigation. The users at your organisation will be displayed. The User who has been locked out will be displayed in red.

2. Unlock the User
Click the Unlock link next to the name of the User.
3. Provide a new password and password reset phrase by following steps 1 & 2 above.
To provide a new password you need to be logged into the system. Once logged in:
Updating a password for Referrers:
- Once logged in click the Change Password link towards the top right corner
- Your loginID will be provided
- Provide your existing password and create a new one and then confirm
- Click Change Password
- Log out of the system and then login using your new password
Updating a password for other users:
If you have been set up as a Practice Admin (given administrator rights during the creation of your account). The Manage Users icon will be visible if you have administrator rights.
- Click the Manage Users icon.
- Click Manage Login next to the person you wish to update.
- The login ID will be provided.
- Provide a new password and confirm password*. Provide a new password reset phrase and confirm password reset phrase*.
- Ensure the user confirms that they have read, understood and accept Refer-all's terms of use and privacy policy and tick the box.
- Click Reset Login.
