I am not seeing a questionnaire send link for email or text SMS. Why is this?
In a referral record, if you do not see a 'Send via SMS' or 'Send via Email' link next to a questionnaire, you'll only see the 'Edit Questionnaire' link.
The questionnaire has responses and have been submitted by a client or a Scheme Administrator (user).
The reason is to help users identify which questionnaires in that referral have been completed.
If you have non-mandatory fields configured in a questionnaire, the system doesn't look for these fields and the re-send link will not display. However, you can still edit the questionnaire if needed.
