When customers asked us for stricter, non-editable "Gold Standard" schemes for general ReferAll user accounts, we responded by creating a solution.
By restricting access to certain elements of a scheme, you can maintain specific workflows, SMS campaigns, and details about Activities. This practice promotes consistency and efficiency, ensuring that a standardised approach is upheld without the risk of introducing hybrid workflows into a scheme designated as 'gold standard.'
How does it work?
Upon request, your ReferAll account manager has the ability to disable specific user permissions for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators as a single setting for an individual scheme.
The following details the functions that are concealed for Scheme Administrators and Activity Administrators.
It is important to note that the Protected Scheme settings do not affect Super Scheme Administrators, who retain the ability to make edits, additions, and updates as needed.
What are the specific restrictions?
In the Schemes icon
The "Scheme Description" box and all fields it contains are hidden.
This section contains the settings for a scheme webform, which are exclusively designated for editing by Super Scheme Administrators.
