Reply to a text message received
Should a referral reply to a text message that they have been sent, it is possible to reply via ReferAll. A task will generate on the dashboard.
- Click Action on the task
- Click on the text message tab
- Type in the reply, pay attention to the character count.
- Schedule the reply - if needed.
- Click Send Text Message
