User & Event-Based Tasks
This will explain the different types of tasks available to the user.
| Task Name | Description |
| Activity Session Cancelled |
Will create a task on the Dashboard when a session has been cancelled. This does not notify when a user's booking on a session has been cancelled. |
| Assessment Failed |
This will create a Dashboard task when a participant has failed their 'Pass / Fail Assessment' more can be read on these assessments here: Additionally, this requires a value of 'Number of days after event', this cannot be '0' and will only be able to display at least one day after this has occurred. |

| Auto assign a task when adding an activity |
This task will generate when a participant has been assigned any activity. |
| Booking request accepted |
Whenever a participant is booked on to a new session and the session is not at its capacity or there is no duplicate session, this task will generate on the dashboard. |
| Booking request rejected |
This will only work if you are using the 'MyReferAll' system, when a participants request to attend a session has been denied, this will generate a task on the dashboard. |
| Change of Referral Ownership |
This will create a task on the dashboard when a user has been assigned to a referral from the referral record, or the person assigned to the referral is changed. |
| Client has attended a number of sessions of the same activity |
When a participant has attended a specific number of sessions, this will raise a dashboard task. You can set the number of attendances required before this task will fire through the settings. |
| Client has attended a number of sessions of the same activity classification |
When a participant has attended a specific number of sessions which all are assigned the same classification, this will raise a dashboard task. You can set the number of attendances required before this task will fire through the settings. The activity classification can be set for a task through the activities configuration page. |
