Webform Scheme Descriptions now pull text from the platform
The scheme descriptions on webforms now pull the text from the 'Schemes' page description box.
You can change the text that is entered in this box to update the text shown next to that scheme on the webform.
This is for the scheme description only and not for the Inclusion or Exclusion criteria.

-'Care Coordinator' Referrer Type. Added a new job type which can be selected when adding or editing a referrer.

-Consent statement behaviour. When a referral is entered into the system with consents checked, duplicate consents which were previously assigned as required to process the patient will no longer be required.
-Webform descriptions are now based on what is typed into the description box on the 'Schemes' page.
