We have added a new filter 'By Scheme' in Manage Referral Requests
Why does it matter?
There are often Scheme Administrators who are responsible for specific programmes, for example Cardiac Rehab versus Exercise Referral, for customers with more than one scheme. Processing online forms quickly and easily is what you need.
In order to speed up processing time, we have introduced a new filter to locate scheme-specific requests.
How it works
- Select the Referral Requests icon along the top bar.
- From the 'Scheme' you now see a drop-down list to select from:
- Select the date.
- Select the scheme.
- Click Search.
APPLIES to: Online webforms
We have introduced the display of mandatory fields on webforms. Fields are now marked with an * are required fields.
Why does it matter?
A number of customers have fed back that when either self-referrals or a healthcare professional is completing a secure webform on behalf of someone, there is no way of knowing what fields are mandatory until you attempt to submit the form.
