What's new in our release: 31st October 2022

Our product updates tell you what's new, why we made the change and how it works.

What's new?

APPLIES to: Reports > Process Reports

We've worked hard to bring this new filter in: scheme referrals by Medical Condition. This may sound simple however referrals usually have more than one condition, and making a useful report took a little time. Let us know what you think ...

Why does it matter?

Many services need to report referrals by medical condition. List Referrals goes some way to this, but each condition needs to be filtered one by one. This update will save valuable time. The new process is a couple of clicks away!

How it works

The medical conditions report shows referrals - not to be confused with individual patients who may have more than one referral - with the medical conditions in your scheme ticked for each referral.

What the report does not include is a unique referral count for each line, but reports numbers, as per the example below:

We recommend you run the medical conditions filter in conjunction with the Scheme Summary to ensure the figures are understood.

What's new?

APPLIES to: Reports > Outcome Reports > Measurements

We have been able to bring more validated questionnaires through to Outcome Reports.

Why does it matter?

To ensure whenever you need to report on high-level outcomes for your scheme, they are at your fingertips.

How it works

In Outcome Reports > Measurements if your scheme uses the following question panels the intervention point outcomes are now available.

  • IHL Social Isolation and Community Engagement
  • Modified Happiness measures
  • Loneliness Measurement Tool
  • Functional reach
  • 180 degree turn test

What's new?

APPLIES to: Referral Patient / Referral Record > Biometrics tab

This was a great customer suggestion that we were able to implement, to save time you when inputting information into the Biometrics tab.

Why does it matter?

Simplicity of not having to convert height and weight before entering the data if supplied in imperial.

How it works

When adding patient / client Biometric data you'll see the option to add height and weight measurements in both metric and imperial readings.
