1. Improvement to Questionnaire SMS Delivery
We’ve removed the Delivery Offset option from Questionnaire via SMS campaigns.
This setting was not functioning as intended and could interfere with the reliable delivery of questionnaire links. Removing it improves consistency and ensures questionnaires sent via SMS are delivered as expected.
No action is required from customers.
2. Update: Indices of Deprivation Data
Following the release of the English Indices of Deprivation 2025 in October, the deprivation area data has now been updated to use the latest dataset published here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/english-indices-of-deprivation-2025
Where applicable, this will also update data in the Referral Record and Patient Profile, as well as in List Referrals, Reports and Exports when applying quintile and decile deprivation filters.
No action is required from customers.
3. Relocation of the Delete Referral button
Based on feedback from our customers, we’ve moved the Delete Referral button to prevent it from being clicked accidentally.
We’ve also updated the accompanying text to clearly state that this action is non-reversible, helping users better understand the impact before proceeding. These changes are designed to reduce accidental deletions and protect referral data.
