1. Improved Referral Deletion Process (SSA role only)
This new update allows Super Scheme Admins (SSA) to delete a referral directly from within the referral record - this removes several steps and makes the task quicker and more intuitive.
This option is only available to SSAs and will trigger a 'Reason for deletion' prompt.
PLEASE NOTE: this action is non-reversible.
2. Deleting Text Campaigns
Another new function available to SSAs only is the option to delete text campaigns. This option is available on both Active and Inactive campaigns.
This option is available to SSAs only. This action will not remove existing text messages that have already been sent, as the data is stored in the referral itself. It will, however, remove all queued text messages related to the campaign.
Selecting Delete will trigger the following prompt:
